Appearing two years after Honda introduced the pavement ripping bombshell known as the VFR1200F, this version featured a retuned V4 1237cc engine, upright ergos, longer travel suspension and ADV-styling, if not a full-on commitment to challenging the established heavy weight dual sports of the time.
Still, we have a very capable and comfortable, shaft-drive sport touring mount with boatloads of V4 power. This example shows only 2300 miles (!) and is described as "perfect condition, never dropped." This model was available with DCT transmission and factory bags, but neither appear here. What we do have is a Delkevic titanium slip-on. The bike has been casually listed on ADVrider for almost a year, so there may be some wiggle room on the asking price of $7000.
